All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment instruments are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Any single voided leg in a Mix Parlay will result in the parlay being recalculated without that selection.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment methods to register or transact.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any form of money laundering or criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Systematic abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or scalping strategies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. megavisa88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player is under21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Account is being used for any fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purpose.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the Account to be closed.

Upon suspension or closure, megavisa88 will retain any Real Money Balance belonging to the Player (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) and will make such funds available for withdrawal following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation processes, unless the closure is on grounds of fraud or breach of these Terms.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests.
